Listed below are a number of questions we are asked on a regular basis.  We hope they answer any queries you may have, but if they don't then please contact us immediately by email info@hazelhannant.co.uk or by phone 07792 816879.

What albums are used?
We use a New Zealand company called Queensberry, quite simply because they are the best! Each Album is made by hand and this then provides us with complete flexibility to create an album exactly to your requirements.  A stylish album that tells the story of your day!


Do you ever take more than one wedding booking per day?
Absolutely not!  We want to provide a comprehensive exclusive service to our clients.


What other products are available?
We provide a variety of poducts, these include miniature albums, which make great gifts for parents and the wedding party for example, reprints, wedding album galleries, calendars, framed portraits, framed image collections, canvasses and blocks. Ask your photographer to see samples. 


How much 'touching up' is done with digital images?
This is kept to a minimum.  The images are all taken in colour so the main changes occur to the appearance as we provide images in  a range of colour, sepia or black and white.


How will our parents and friends be able to choose images or purchase reprints?
Once you have received your proof book and approved the images, the images are then released online to be accessed by you friends and family.  As this is a password secure site, at your wedding, we will hand out cards detailing the website address and password.  Friends and family can view and purchase images from the website.

Alternatively, if your guests don't wish to order online, they can place an order through you at the album production meeting or put an order with payment in to us by post.  We will not process any orders before payment is received.


How long are our images online?
Your images will be available online for approximately 4 months, depending on volume.  You will always be notified 2 weeks in advance of the removal of the pictures from the website.


Who will be our photographer on the day?
We have a range of photographers but Hazel endeavours to do the weddings herself. The photographer on the day will always be the person you met at your pre-shoot unless any unforseen circumstanes occur.


What happens, if due to unforseen circumstances, your photographer is unable to attand your wedding?
Should the unthinkable happen and your photographer is unable to make your wedding we will provide another photographer who will be provided with all the details from your pre-shoot so they know what is planned for the day. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure this is not necessary.  It would be an absolute last resort!


When do we pay?
Once you have decided on your package you pay a £200.00 deposit. This then comes off the overall cost of the package. 

At the pre-shoot meeting if you want any extras such as additional albums, album carry case etc then this will all be added to the total. You then pay 50% of the remaining total at the pre-shoot and the final 50% paymnet is paid upon delivery of the album.


When do we book extras?
You can book extras at any of the meetings with the photographer, by phone, email or by letter or online after the wedding.  For the bigger products it is best to discuss your requirements with your photographer.
