Booking a portrait session
First of all, decide what it is you want to achieve from the session: What is the main reason behind booking the session? Do you want to update your family image on the lounge wall or get christmas gifts for the family, for example.

Then get an idea of where you want to hold the session and roughly when. Once you have got an idea about the what, where and when give us a ring on 07792 816879 or email us at info@hazelhannant.co.uk. We will answer your questions and find a mutually convenient appointment.

During the booking process, we will be glad to discuss the specific details of the session. We will need information such as the number of people to be involved (adults and children), any special needs or requirements and the package you wish to purchase. We will also give some hints and tips for the shoot.

We will send out confirmation of the booking and payment is taken in full at the session.  Please note: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a £50.00 cancellation fee.

Portrait Session
The session normally lasts about 1 hour.  We will meet you at the pre arranged venue, and take a wide range of portraits. 

We can do formal type shots but we much prefer to keep it all informal and relaxed as this is where the fun really shines through!

At the end of the session an appointment is made for your viewing meeting approximately one month after the shoot.


Post Session
Within 14 days of the session we will send out your DVD slideshow set to music and a proof book of your images for you to look through. This enables you to begin deciding which images are your favourites and how you may like to have them presented.


Viewing Session
This is an enjoyable, relaxed experience in which we come to your home and project your images on to a wall and discuss your requirements.  We show you how your images will look and work through your ideas to create pieces of artwork that are perfect for you and your home.

Depending on the package you have booked we will go through the selections for your order. However, at this point you are also able to order additional products, if you require.

It is very important to us that there are no pressurised sales techniques and we emphasize that.  We are simply there to help you in finding the right combination of products for you and your family.

Please note all additional orders are paid for at the time of ordering.

Before we leave your home, we will ensure you are happy with your image choices and orders.

As soon as your products are ready we will arrange to deliver them personally or if this is not convenient we will post them to you (if appropriate).
